To access the graduation exam, it is necessary to complete the "Application for Admission to the Final Examination for the Degree" on the website www.esse3.unimore.it under the "Degree Attainment" section (visible in the left menu after logging in).
Candidates are advised to carefully read the deadlines and instructions in the reminder for accessing the graduation exam.
Starting from the July 2020 graduation session, it is no longer necessary to send or deliver the graduation application to the Student Office. Therefore, the aforementioned form must be completed directly within Esse3, without proceeding with the related signatures, as indicated in the specific guide.
Information on Collecting Diplomas (Original Degree Diploma)
All sessions will be held at the Department headquarters in Palazzo Baroni (former bishop's seminary) Viale Timavo 93, 42121 Reggio Emilia.
The "Graduation Commission" files will be published no earlier than 7 days before the graduation date.

Students who intend to graduate by the extraordinary session of the 2022/2023 Academic Year in April 2024 do NOT have to make any payment for enrollment as out-of-course students for 2023/24.
If they are unable to graduate by that session, they will have to pay the enrollment fee for the 2023/2024 Academic Year as indicated in the specific section.

The print version of the thesis is at the discretion of the advisor.
Important:
- To respect intellectual property and copyright, the Department uses the "Turnitin" plagiarism detection software.
- The use of university and department logos on theses and slides is prohibited.
- Graduating students who wish to use a photographer must choose from the list of accredited photographers.
- If the graduation session is scheduled over multiple days, the exact day for each candidate's discussion will be announced when the Graduation Commissions are published; preferences for specific days cannot be accommodated.
- Before the start of the graduation session, the commission may announce changes to the order in which candidates will take the graduation exam. All candidates should be present from the beginning.
